Donating to American Fox Terrier Rescue

American Fox Terrier Rescue, Inc., is an all-volunteer, IRS-recognized non-profit corporation created to aid homeless smooth and wire fox terriers. All projects and activities of American Fox Terrier Rescue, including this website, are funded by charitable contributions. Only with your contributions can we continue to help homeless fox terriers, giving them a second chance at adoption and love from a permanent family. Donations to American Fox Terrier Rescue are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

We welcome your donation, no matter how small.

Your donation will buy . . . .

  • $6 a new toy, bone or collar, or two ID tags
  • $15 one night's emergency stay at a local kennel
  • $30 a 40-lb. bag of dog food, or a 4-pack of flea preventative
  • $40 a permanent identification microchip & registration
  • $45 a 6-pack of heartworm preventative

Donating to Other Fox Terrier Groups

Buy a T-Shirt from Fox Terrier Network. The T-shirt sales help them fund their educational programs and augments funds available to help with rescue dog medical expenses.

FTN was started to support a network of Fox Terrier Rescue groups all over the U.S. However FTN does NOT do Fox Terrier Rescue, as that is totally separate from FTN. Each group works independently, following their own charter.

Daisy Fund

The Daisy Fund helps those rescue fox terriers that have come thru either an animal shelter or an all breed rescue group or the American Fox Terrier Rescue group. It allows these dogs to be placed in loving homes to live out their lives and for the owners to know that there is help if there is a major problem.

The Daisy Fund is funded entirely by donations from the public. Our ability to help will depend on the funds we have available at the time. The Daisy Committee of five FTN members, goes over every application for help, and sees if it conforms to our guidelines for help. We can only help on procedures and treatments that are life saving or make a major difference in the quality of life for this dog. Regular maintenance costs must be handled by the owner. Most people can handle these; it’s those big items that they don’t have the funds to cover.
